The company we are seeking must have a growth trajectory that can be significantly enhanced by creating innovative workforce solutions — including sourcing, customized supports, and equitable ownership strategies — and must offer jobs that are accessible by public transit to an at-risk inner-city population.

Chicago Rises Fund aims to address the economic (and often spiritual) poverty of young men and women from Chicago’s poorest, most violent neighborhoods. We will do this by providing jobs and instilling rigorous management processes at our acquired company and growing a stable business through basic operational improvements, new-customer acquisition, and technology adoption.
